16 oz of your favorite variety of Dannon yogurt*
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup granola
1/4 cup honey
6 piece popsicle mold
1. Drop a heaping spoonful of yogurt into each popsicle mold. *I recommend a sweetened variety for flavor.
2. Add a few berries on top. Switch back and forth in layers of yogurt and berries until near the top of the mold.3. Mix together granola and honey in a small bowl. Top each popsicle with a layer of the mixture. The granola adds an exciting crunch at the end of the pop.
4. Insert popsicle sticks and lids into each mold and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours. 5. When ready to eat, hold the molds under hot running water for 30 seconds and gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
*Makes six Popsicles. Will keep fresh in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.
